YOUR VIDEO, WHEREVER YOU BUILD

Part of your website.

A small piece of code. A player that feels right at home.

One player.
Plenty of possibilities.

HTML, React, Angular, PHP, Python or Java — the browser plays the same iframe. Choose a video and we’ll give you the code for your page.

No API keys in your website code.

01

Pick your audience.

Open a video and choose Unlisted for a link, or Embed only for a player restricted to your website origin.

02

Give the link a lifetime.

In Share & embed, choose a preset, a custom duration, or Never expires. Embed-only links require your HTTPS website origin, without a path.

03

Make it part of your page.

Choose your language, copy the iframe, and paste it into your page or component. Preview it on your website before publishing.

A link has a lifetime.

Copied code stops working when its player link expires or is revoked. Choose a preset or custom duration, or Never expires for a stable embed. A link without expiry remains revocable. Changing video visibility also revokes existing links.

Private stays private.

Private videos cannot issue external links. Invite existing workspace viewers to watch after signing in. A signed player link grants access to anyone who receives it until expiry or revocation.

Your server can do more.

Use a scoped server API key for uploads and library management. Your backend can send it in the X-API-Key header. Keep it in a secret store and rotate it regularly.

Manage server keys
A considered limitation.

Website restrictions use the browser’s frame policy. They aren’t DRM or a guarantee against copying. YouTube videos use the official YouTube player, which may show advertising. Streamix doesn’t insert ads into uploaded-video playback.
